PCA
The Providence Community Association, Inc. (PCA) was incorporated in 1980 to handle the business involved in overseeing the Providence community. All Providence homeowners are members. A board of 5 directors, volunteer Providence home owners, manages the PCA. Resident volunteers, in addition to the board members, are a vital part of the PCA.
PCA Board meetings are usually held on the 3rd Tuesday of the month, 7:30pm at the Providence Clubhouse, 9114 Woodleigh, Houston,TX 77083.
Please note that the meetings are held to conduct Association business. If you wish to be placed on the agenda of an upcoming meeting, please contact Telee Horacefield, of SCS Management, at 281-463-1777.
The Board will have a homeowner forum at the beginning of the meeting. Owners and/or topics are limited to no more than five (5) minutes. If there are lengthy discussions, the Board reserves the right to place the matter on the agenda of an upcoming meeting.
Items that may be discusses in Executive Session include: pending or threatened litigation, contract negotiations, enforcement actions, confidential communications with the Association attorney, and confidential matters involving individual owners.
